2. Description of Service

Abby provides AI-assisted real estate development and property services, including permitting support, pre-construction coordination, field communication, and project finance tools.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Abby offers an SMS program for account verification, security alerts, service notifications, scheduling, and customer support messages. You opt in when you create an account or add a phone number in your account settings and consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
